Tuna Appetizer

Got some frozen tuna and a party to attend? How about making a poke tuna appetizer? It certainly seems like everyone in America is falling in love with this new tuna craze. And especially in California, where the growth of poke shop has nearly doubled in just the past 2 years.

We lucky fishermen have access to some of the freshest tuna around. With either fresh or frozen tuna you can put together a heavenly Mexican tuna poke laid on top of tortillas chips. Believe me this will be the hit of the party! So, with just a little spice here and there, let me introduce to you to a yummy tuna appetizer, Mexican tuna poke.

How about a Baja Yellowtail Poke?
